This console application code:

 HtmlDocument doc = new HtmlDocument();
 doc.Load(yourHtml);
 foreach (HtmlNode node in doc.DocumentNode.SelectNodes("//div[@class = 'labels']"))
 {
     Console.WriteLine(node.NextSibling.InnerText.Trim());
 }

will output this:
